Balloons Aloft! This wall hanging is an original design by one of our NMQA members, Jolene Ellerton. It measures 22 3/4" wide by 28 3/4" long. This wall hanging includes hand inked balloons and custom quilting within the balloons and on the background. Price includes New Mexico State Sales Tax. This wall hanging was awarded second place in our Viewer's Choice contest.
