Get Ready to Enter Your Quilt in the State Fair! Participate in the Home Arts competitions at the New Mexico State Fair by entering your quilt! Winning quilts are on display in the Creative Arts Building during the nine-day Fair event, festooned with ribbons provided by the NM State Fair. As long as you're an amateur quilter and your quilt has been finished within the last year, you can enter it in the State Fair competition.
