"Memory Quilts"

Memory quilts can be a way to celebrate the life of someone, say farewell, or remember events. Kathy McLaren will share some Memory/Album/Friendship Quilts from the Smithsonian Quilt Collection, seen during a visit in 2013 to the Smithsonian American History Museum. She'll also share some of the quilts she has made or received which reflect this theme.
Please bring your own “Memory" quilts to share at the May 22, 2023 NMQA Membership Meeting.
We'll also have Show & Tell at the meeting! If you're attending in person, bring your item with you and if you're attending through zoom, send your photos to Kris Lange, klange@email.com at least 48 hours before the meeting.
